Noyce has been built from the very first design with one goal: effortless scaling to thousands of simultaneous users and vacancies. From day one, we identified all critical worst-case scenarios and meticulously strengthened them so that our solution is not only robust, but also future-proof for the dynamic HR market. What happens when hundreds of new vacancies suddenly appear? Or when multiple HR teams work simultaneously? In such moments, the platform simply continues to function with optimal performance, so users always have access to their data — without hiccups or interruptions.
During the development process, we remain actively involved in thinking about recruitment strategies. It's rarely necessary to implement all HR tools from the roadmap live immediately. Often it pays off to start with a core version, a pilot, or a proof-of-concept — a smart way to learn and optimize quickly. With Noyce, it went exactly like that.
